How do I shop for and purchase products on this site?
As you browse our online product catalog, you will see buttons that say "Add to Cart" and "View Cart." Our online shopping is powered by PayPal, and these buttons will allow you to select items to buy, then review your order before purchasing.
When you click an "Add to Cart" button next to a product you want to buy, one unit of that item will be added to your online shopping cart. Your cart contents will be displayed in a new Web browser window. You may then click "Continue Shopping" to go back to the catalog window, "Checkout" to purchase the product(s) in your cart, or make changes to quantities in the cart itself and click "Update Cart" to display those changes.
As you continue shopping, you may click "View Cart" on any of our site pages and see the contents of your shopping cart up to that point. Your shopping cart remains available as long as you have your Web browser open. If you quit the browser software or turn off the computer, your shopping cart will be emptied and no purchase will be made.
When you are finished shopping and ready to purchase the products in your shopping cart, click "View Cart" if the shopping cart is not already on your screen. Review the items in your shopping cart to ensure you have what you want, in the right quantities. Then click "Checkout."
You do not need to have or open a PayPal account to purchase Fig Tree Tidings products online. But you must have a valid credit card (PayPal accepts most major card types) to complete your purchase transaction.
During the checkout process, you must provide shipping address, billing address and credit card information to PayPal. If you encounter difficulties with PayPal transactions, visit the PayPal Help Center for problem-solving information. The entire transaction process operates on secured servers for your protection.
Your Fig Tree Tidings order will be confirmed by PayPal via e-mail.
After I place an order, how soon will I receive my products?
Fig Tree Tidings uses USPS Priority Mail for product shipping. We will ship in-stock products generally within three business days of receiving orders. The Postal Service indicates Priority Mail typically takes two to three additional business days for delivery to most continental U.S. locations.
We will try to provide tracking information to customers by e-mail when available and possible.

We'll certainly try. If you have difficulty with the appearance, layout or legibility of any Fig Tree Tidings site page, please use our easy contact form to let us know about it. Please describe, best you can, the problem you encountered, and include which computer operating system (e.g. Windows XP Home) and Web browser software (e.g. Internet Explorer 6) you were using when it happened.
This site was built to conform to Web standards for structure and formatting, and tested in most popular Web browsing software. We take reports of bugs and glitches very seriously, so please let us know if it's not working right for you.
The "Add to Cart" and/or "View Cart" buttons don't work. What's wrong?
Our online commerce tools are powered by PayPal, and generally very reliable. But we know that some pop-up blocking software, such as the blocker available with the Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer, can sometimes interfere with the workings of our shopping buttons.
Please disable pop-up blocking temporarily in your browser while selecting items for purchase from Fig Tree Tidings. Or, if your blocking software supports it, consider adding figtreetidings.com to the list of sites excepted from pop-up blocking in your browser. This site does not serve unwanted pop-up advertising, so the only effect should be to ensure easy shopping.
